If you are trying to enter your Tier II reports on E-Plan, please select the "Continue" button to register for an Access ID and password, and you will be allowed to submit and retrieve Tier II information as it pertains to your facility.
First Responders
E-Plan is a secure, web-based hazardous chemical information delivery system for First Responder's use in emergencies. Click the "Next" button to create an account. Your E-Plan account gives you access to view all hazmat data in your jurisdiction.
It is important note that there are E-Plan authorizing authorities (i.e. E-Plan authorizers) and E-Plan users. Click here to view a list of typical officials who can serve as "Authorizing Authorities" for E-Plan.
E-Plan authorizers and users must have a valid account on the E-Plan system.
An account request must be authorized by one of the approved E-Plan authorizers.
