Q27. How do I add a NAICS code or a Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) number?

• On the Online Filing Home page, click on 'Edit' link beside the facility information.




• Select the Facility Identification link
• Add a NAICS code
  • Select the ID Type as NAICS
  • Enter the 6-digit NAICS number or choose a 6-digit code from the drop-down list
  • Click on the Add or Next button to save.

• Add a Dun & Bradstreet number
  • Select the "ID Type" as Dun and Bradstreet
  • Enter the 9-digit D&B number to the ID Value's text box
  • Enter its description (optional)
  • Click on the 'Add' or 'Next' button to save.

*** Important note: EPA allows non-business entities to enter "N/A" the ID Value's text box.

Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) provides a D-U-N-S Number, a unique nine digit identification number, for each physical location of your business. D&B Number assignment is FREE for all businesses required to register at https://www.dnb.com.
